Requirements

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written
  • Fresh sheet experience
  • Excellent plating skills
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and to take the initiative
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and adapt to change
  • Enjoy a challenge and have fun doing it
  • Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork, participation, creativity, openness, honesty and mutual respect
  • Minimum Food Safe Level 1
  • Culinary Arts certification a definite asset
  • Must arrange your own transportation. We are located near the Pacific Highway border crossing so public transportation is not available
