
LOCAL BREEDERS AND OWNERS ACTIVE AT KEENELAND SALE
Several of local owners and breeders have been active at the Keeneland, November Breeding Stock Sale.

Owner, Breeder John Gunther sold two weanlings on Day 1 of the sale. Gunther sold Hip#32 a filly by Uncle Mo out of the mare Molto Vita for $400,000.00. Molto Vita was also the dam of local handicap runner Venetian Mask.
Also on Day 1, he sold a filly by Bernardini out the his mare Traveling Alone for $15,000.

On Day 3 of the Sale local and owner and breeder, Peter Redekop hit pay dirt when he sold a weanling filly by Curlin out of the mare Fly to the Stars for a record breaking $775,000.00, the most any weanling had brought in Keeneland history.
