The Friday Night Live racing at Hastings continues this evening with a seven race card that gets started at 7:00 p.m. The preview race is the fifth which has eight three year olds going six and half furlongs.

The inside post belongs to George Gilbert’s ANOTHER GUINNESS Whois taking a big plunge in class after a couple of no-threat performances with allowance company. He should get a perfect trip and Enrique Gonzalez with be at the controls for leading trainer Phil Hall.

Larry Potozny and Maria Godart’s GIMME SOME SLACK is another dropping in price searching for a win. He narrowly won for $25,000 two starts back so he should be very live in this spot. Richard Hamel rides for Mike Anderson.

Willow Creek Farm’s BOWCHICKAWOWWOW was an impressive maiden winner last time out running away by three lengths in a decent time. His task is tougher with so many other runners dropping in class but he is sharp and should not be overlooked. Sahin Civaci gets the call from Deirdre Bell.

The Swift Thorougbreds’ EZEKIEL started off the season in fine form but has tailed off since although the company has been very tough. He is given a much easier assignment this evening so perhaps he can rebound with a good race. Amadeo Perez rides for Dino Condilenios.

Tod Mountain Thoroughbreds’ ROGERIO is yet another that is dropping out stakes and allowance company looking for that elusive fist win of the year. He is better than his form shows and David Lopez will be charge for trainer Mike Anderson.

Don Danard and Curtis Landry’s CEDAR CHINES was able to hang for a maiden win in his fifth start of the season. He looks to be the lone speed so he could be a longshot chance. Aaron Gryder is in the tack for Greg Tracy.

Willow Creek Farm’s will also have DESI in the lineup who may be a good backup to his stablemate BOWCHICKAWOWWOW . He has no early speed and will need to see a lively pace set up front. Denis Araujo gets the call from Deirdre Bell.

The G & G Stable and Fran Snow’s MY GREYSON was a game runner-up in his latest with older horses. While the race was slightly cheaper in price the company was not easy so he deserves a big chance in here getting back in with his own age group. Silvino Morales is back in the saddle for trainer Mel Snow.

Our next live card is Sunday, August 12th with a first post of 1:50 p.m.

Good luck everyone and enjoy your day at the races.
